Pilot plant for Supercritical Hydrogenation (Fatty Alcohols)
The pilot-plant is designed for hydrogenation of fatty acid methyl esters to fatty alcohol.
The flow rate of product is 10kg/h and of propane it is 40kg/h. The solvent and the excessive hydrogen are recovered. The plant was commissioned in October 2002.
